لقد تم تأليف “مدونة القيم والمبادئ” بشكل جماعي من قبل أعضاء جمعية شاشات. من الضروري أن يحترم جميع أعضاء هيئتها الإدارية، بالإضافة إلى شركائهم ومتعاونينهم، الإرشادات الواردة في هذا الوثيقة
General Introduction
“The Code of Ethics” has been collectively authored by members of the Shashat Association. It is imperative that all members of its board, along with its associates, partners, and collaborators, respect the guidelines delineated in this document.
البند 1:
شاشات هي مساحة حرة للتفكير والتعبير المحترم عن الآراء. تشجع العلاقات الأفقية، مما يتيح لكل فرد اقتراح وجهات نظره والتعبير عنها.
clause 1:
Shashat is a free space for thinking and respectful expression of opinions. It promotes horizontal relationships, allowing each individual to propose and articulate their viewpoints.
البند 2:
لدى كل فرد حرية اختيار اللغة التي يرغب في التواصل بها، ويحق للجميع اختيار اللغة التي يتم التواصل معهم بها. بناءً على ذلك، تُعقد الاجتماعات والأنشطة داخل شاشات باللغة العربية واللهجات المحلية العربية ، مع توفير الترجمة عند الطلب.
clause 2:
Each individual has the freedom to choose the language they wish to communicate in, and everyone has the right to select the language in which they are communicated with. Consequently, meetings and activities within Shashat are conducted in Arabic, with mandatory translation provided upon request.
البند 3:
نسعى لأن تكون شاشات بيئة آمنة للجميع، بغض النظر عن اختلافاتهم، حيث تُحترم خصوصية كل فرد. الاحترام المتبادل هو حجر الأساس لتفاعلاتنا. تلتزم الجمعية بمكافحة التحرش والاستغلال وسوء المعاملة، وأي شكل من أشكال التمييز على أساس العرق، الطبقة الاجتماعية، الأصل، الدين، العمر، الإعاقة، الجنس، الوضع المالي، التوجه الجنسي، أو الانتماء.
clause 3:
We strive for Shashat to serve as a secure environment for all, regardless of their differences, where each individual’s privacy is respected. Mutual respect is the cornerstone of our interactions. The community is committed to combating harassment, exploitation, and mistreatment, as well as any form of discrimination based on race, social class, national origin, religion, age, disability, gender, financial status, sexual orientation, or affiliation.
البند 4:
تلتزم الهيئة الإدارية لشاشات، وكذلك جميع مديري المشاريع، باحترام المتعاونين من خلال ضمان عقود عادلة وحماية حقوقهم الاجتماعية والمالية. ويُمنع تمامًا التعاقد بطريقة غير معلنة.
clause 4:
The Shashat board of directors, as well as all project managers, are committed to respecting collaborators by ensuring fair contractual agreements and upholding their social and financial rights. Contracting in a precarious manner is strictly prohibited.
البند 5:
تلتزم شاشات بحماية البيانات الشخصية لجميع أصحاب المصلحة، بما في ذلك الشركاء والخبراء والمتعاونين والأعضاء والجمهور. ولا يتم نشر أي صور أو مقاطع فيديو دون موافقة الأفراد الظاهرين فيها.
Clause 5:
Shashat is committed to safeguarding the personal data of all its stakeholders, including partners, experts, collaborators, members, and audience of its activities. It does not publish images or videos without the consent of the individuals featured in them.
البند 6:
لا يوجد بأي حال من الأحوال تسامح مع تضارب المصالح في مشاريع شاشات. وبالتالي، يقع على عاتق كل عضو أو مدير مشروع أو لجنة مشاركة في عمليات الاختيار و الإنتقاء إبلاغ الهيئة الإدارية بأي علاقة مهنية أو عائلية قد تربطهم بأي من المستفيدين.
clause 6:
There is unequivocally no tolerance for conflicts of interest within “Shashat” projects. Therefore, it is incumbent upon every member, project manager, or committee involved in selection to duly inform the board of any professional or familial relationship they may hold with any of the beneficiaries.
